~ If you receive damaged goods we encourage you to contact us. Refunds / exchanges are at our discretion. We cannot take responsibility for damage which has occurred during transit where due care has been taken in the packaging of goods. We can, however, lodge a customer service complaint with Australia Post on your behalf if you do not receive an item or your order is significantly damaged.
